A question like this can truly ruffle an author’s pride after months of labouring, sweating, bleeding, even crying over the keyboard to hammer out a book. However, I completely understand that it is a valid concern for readers today.
So here it is: The ideas are mine. The stories are mine. The characters are mine. The voice, the weird sense of humour, that unexpected story twist, that odd character trait, all mine. My characters are my children, my babies, they are all mine, mine, mine! You are always getting a 100% real book, written by a real human author. And yeah. The typos and other errors are all mine too. I own them all unashamedly! All hammered out daily on my keyboard, butt in chair, with gallons of tea and way too much chocolate.
