Special edition paperbacks are printed on demand in the UK. Printing usually takes a few working days. Delivery times depend on your location: orders to Europe or the US can take longer — in some cases up to 3–4 weeks.
Thank you for your patience — these editions are created just for you, and worth the wait!
Orders containing physical books that are shipped to addresses outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and import VAT upon delivery. This is because we use BookVault UK to print and ship books.
If your order is printed and shipped from BookVault’s UK facility, and the delivery address is within the EU or elsewhere outside the UK, customs charges may apply. Unfortunately, these charges are set by local customs authorities and are outside our control.
After checkout, you’ll receive an email from BookFunnel with a download link. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Ebooks can be sent to your preferred e-reader (like Kindle, Kobo, or Apple Books), or read directly in the free BookFunnel app.
Audiobooks are best enjoyed in the BookFunnel app, available for iOS and Android — it’s free and easy to use.
Download links remain active for 14 days, so I recommend downloading your books right away.
You can also access your purchase anytime by logging in with your email address at www.bookfunnel.com/help.

If the link has expired, don’t worry — you still own the book! Just head to www.bookfunnel.com/help, log in with the email you used at checkout, and you’ll find your entire library available for redownload.
